Porta Seccionada - Duas Faces (40mm) - Madeira Clara
The sectional doors open vertically and are under the ceiling to save space. Thanks to this construction, they provide maximum space in front of and inside the garage. Sectional garage doors can be installed in any garage opening and are up to 14 cm wider than swing doors.

SECTIONED PANEL
The sectional door panels are made up of two sheets of 0.5mm-thick galvanised and pre-lacquered steel, reinforced internally in the recessed area along the panel by 1mm-thick metal strips, with high-density, CFC-free expanded polyurethane injected inside in accordance with DIN 4102 2 DIN 18164. The total thickness of the panel is 40mm and the thermal transmission coefficient of the insulation is k=0.40 Kcal/m2 ºC, giving it optimum thermal and acoustic insulation.
DIMENSIONS AND QUALITY
The sectional panel is available in two height sizes (500mm or 610mm), as a panel with an anti-finger fitting, giving it greater protection when handled, and as an industrial panel. Its ends are covered with a pre-painted galvanised steel profile that reinforces the panel and serves as a fixing for the side trestles. When the panels are assembled, intermediate watertightness seals are fitted to ensure watertightness throughout the panel, preventing water, wind, dust and noise infiltration. Top, bottom and side seals are also fitted.
FINISHES
Both the exterior and interior surfaces have anti-corrosion protection by means of lacquering, protecting them from atmospheric agents and giving them a longer life. All the panels are covered with a film to protect against scratches and scuffs, which must be removed immediately after installation to prevent permanent adhesion.
ACCESSORIES AND FITTINGS
The nylon castors are placed on the side trestles and slide inside C-shaped guides. All the fittings, axles, guides, hinges, supports and trestles are galvanised and the torsion springs are zinc-plated to avoid problems of material deterioration due to corrosion. Up to a width of 5.5 metres, sectional doors do not need reinforcement omegas; between 5.5 metres and 8 metres, one reinforcement omega is fitted to each panel; above 8 metres, two reinforcement omegas are fitted to each panel.
